The database excludes every price that lacks a dated, readable source.
Karinderya.pro currently has 0 independently verified ingredient price rows. Package quantity, Cash price, cost per unit, stock and restock fields remain unavailable until a current Grocery screen is captured. Unknown ingredients can still be planned in the basket tool, but they are listed separately and never counted as zero-cost items.
The table is ready for evidence-backed records; unknown prices never sort as zero or enter profit calculations.

Are missing ingredient prices treated as free?
No. Unknown prices are excluded from basket totals and cost-per-unit calculations.
How is cost per unit calculated?
Verified package Cash price is divided by the verified package quantity. Both must use the same current-build observation.
Does sold out mean the ingredient was removed?
No. A stock state is a dated observation and does not prove permanent removal.
